We offer free shipping on orders above $99 (before tax)
Do you offer pickups?
Yes, you can choose to pickup your order at our store. Please confirm our store opening hours.
How long does a standard shipping takes?
Standard shipping generally takes 2-3 days through UPS or USPS, but sometimes up to 8 days. Express shipping will be 1-3 days.
What is your online store purchase return & refund policy?
You may return or exchange your item(s) that are in original condition, with original tags in place, within 30 days of your purchase. Due to the seasonal constraints and limited availability, holiday prints must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Your refund for the product purchase price will be given in the original form of payment. Shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. If you placed your order using a credit card, please allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear.
What is your in-store purchase return & refund policy?
You may return or exchange your item(s) that are in original condition, with original tags in place, within 7 days of your purchase. Embroidered items, worn or washed apparel, or shoes that have any sign of wear such as creases may not be returned. Please test out your new shoes on carpet only. All sales are final on clearance items. Items with the original receipt will be eligible for a refund to original form of payment. Items without the original receipt will be eligible for store credit.

Our embroidery room offers custom embroidery for your personal or business needs.
We can do countless items, including: Jackets, Scrub Tops, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Backpacks & Bags (must be approved prior to order) HatsTowels, Blankets, Scarves (must be approved prior to order)You name it
- if it's "hoop-able", we can do it!If we don't have it in our store, no worries! You can custom order thousands of items from our catalogs, or bring in your own items to have done for an extra small fee. With over 100+ thread color choices, and 250+ font choices, we hope to be able to create exactly what you have in mind. Do you have an existing company logo? We would love to embroider that for you! If you have access to a high resolution .jpg or .eps file of the logo, we can have it custom digitized for a one-time fee. Prices after that are simply based on stitch count.
