Website Return Policy

Website Refund Policy: 21 days for a refund (or 3 weeks). RECEIPT REQUIRED.

Website Exchanges: Items over 90 days old will be subject to a restocking fee or the return may be refused if we are no longer stocking the item or it has been discontinued.

No returns on WORN shoes or WORN/WASHED clothes. You must have the tags or box where it applies. Sorry, we do not accept returns on stethoscopes. 

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is WORN/SOILED. Please be careful when trying on clothes so makeup does not soil the garments.


Defective items must be returned within 30 days for inspection.
